About Steph

As a little girl, I was inspired by the strong women who raised me — my mother and grandmother. Even though we lived paycheck to paycheck, I always saw them as successful. They taught me that persistence, determination and hard work can open doors to opportunities. My mother’s biggest dream was to give my siblings and me more than they had, and that spirit of resilience continues to guide me today.

Now, as the owner of a charcuterie business in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, I’ve learned that success takes more than hard work — it also takes passion. That passion is what fuels every grazing table, charcuterie board and workshop I create and host.

Clients often tell me they can see the love, creativity and attention to detail in my work. From customized charcuterie boards for small gatherings to personalized grazing tables for weddings and corporate events, I specialize in turning food into art. I even design one-of-a-kind details — like art on cheese — to make every spread unique and unforgettable.

In addition to catering, I also host private charcuterie workshops across Dallas–Fort Worth. These interactive classes are perfect for team-building events, parties or groups who want to learn how to craft their own beautiful and delicious boards.

For me, it’s about more than food. It’s about creating memorable experiences that bring people together. And I truly love what I do.
